    A crash course in all-things “employee-protections” including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.

    Module 4: Unionization Rights & Preparedness in an Organizing Age

    An in-depth review of employee organizing protections, tangible and compliant avoidance tactics, and common mistakes to avoid if/when unionization efforts enter your business

    Module 5: Employee Medical Protections, Leaves & Accommodations

    In this session we will provide an overview of employer requirements when it comes to employee medical conditions, requests, and protections at work

    Module 6: Essential HR Infrastructure Building and Best Practices- Hiring to Firing

    In this session we will provide the blue-print and tools to build out essential parts of your HR infrastructure to ensure compliance, streamline burdensome HR admin tasks, and provide maximum protection for your business.
